After remodeling my small house I was afraid I wouldn’t recoup my investment. When I decided to call Clear Choice Exteriors, I was still worried but I absolutely had to replace the old windows. After the new windows were installed I was so happy with the difference. I didn’t worry about my home value anymore. Pat and his assistant were so nice and did an amazing job quickly and efficiently.

they helped repair a sash that would not stay up on a window that hey installed. Steve quickly repaired the problem at no charge. Very helpful-would recommend for siding, windows, roofing or any other job

We signed a contract with Clear Choice to install new windows, roof, siding and entry doors. Jeremy was our sales rep and he was great to work with! Everything was done on time and the installers were excellent. Clear Choice did a wonderful job on our house and I would highly recommend them!
They gave us an estimate with a time frame on when the project would be completed. They stayed on schedule and were very cleanly and accommodating while on the job. I will have them replace additional windows in the future when needed.

Jeremy was great to work with from the start, very friendly, professional, and responsive. Then Pat Dillon removed and installed around 14 windows in our house in TWO days BY HIMSELF!! He was very nice and respectful of our house and schedule. He cleaned up nicely and overall he did a great job. Only hiccup was one of the windows was supposed to be frosted(privacy) and wasn’t, so waiting for the new one to come, but still Definitely recommend!

Top-notch experience from start-to-finish. I shopped a number of companies for new windows. The sales process was pressure-free & informative, the product is impressive, and the installation crew was professional & efficient. I had some concerns about the aesthetic & fit in my 1940's home, but the windows look great and started making a difference right away. As other reviewers have stated, there is waiting period due to custom sizing.

Steve Dillon and the team at Clear Choice Des Moines were great to work with on more than one project. Pricing is fair and product is superior. Pat Dillon is the best contractor we have ever worked with. His work is absolutely superb. When he leaves your home/project, you will be hard pressed to tell if he was ever there; it is impeccably clean and installation is perfection. Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof We hired Clear Choice for a complete tear off. The salesman Jeremy answered all of our questions, and the installation crew arrived exactly when he said they would. Clear Choice was knowledgeable and efficient, the clean up was very good, and every time we had a question, they answered us immediately. We now have a beautiful 50 year guarenteed roof and are the envy of our neighborhood. We have also hired Clear Choice to replace our gutters between now and spring, we will be sure to give a review on the gutter replacement once it's done. Thanks Clear Choice!
